Program for NEW VISIONS For Music & Sound 2024
We are very excited to announce the program for the very first edition of NEW VISIONS For Music & Sound. Berlin's new music conference that will take place on September 5 + 6 at Pfefferberg Berlin.
What can you expect?
In contrast to many other music conferences, which mainly discuss the current status quo of the music industry, NEW VISIONS For Music & Sound focuses on the further development and re-creation of the music ecosystem. On two stages, you can expect an extensive program with inspiring presentations and insightful conversations on a variety of topics. Over 80 experts and thought-leaders from various fields of the music and tech sector are going to present and discuss practical solutions and visionary ideas for some of the music industry's most pressing challenges.
With NEW VISIONS For Music & Sound, we aim to create an event that facilitates knowledge transfer between representatives from the music industry, artists, researchers, technology experts and startups. A platform for the exchange of ideas with like-minded people from the music sector, the establishment of new contacts and the development of meaningful relationships with other stakeholder in the ever-growing music ecosystem.

STARTUP SHOWCASE STAGE

On both days of NEW VISIONS For Music & Sound, 25 music tech startups that are pushing the boundaries of how we create, experience, distribute, promote, or enjoy music present their solutions on the Startup Showcase Stage, presented by Music Tech Europe Academy.
Each startup will deliver a live demonstration of its product or service, showing its impact, usability, the problem it solves, and why it could impact the music ecosystem.
Discover real, working solutions that could transform the music landscape.
The format concept for NEW VISIONS For Music & Sound was awarded a prize as part of the Innovative Formats 2024 competition organized by the Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises and is funded by Initiative Musik and BKM.
